Projects

The Exponential Project contains three smaller projects designed to impact the Kingdom through the people of Cornerstone. Each project has a specific goal and has been discussed and prayed about for many months by our leadership team.

Eliminate Debt

This project will raise funds to eliminate our current debt to provide financial margin so that we can respond quickly to God’s leading in the future. We don’t want to have to say “no” to ministry opportunities because we are not able to fund them.

Go Multi-Site

For Cornerstone, the heart of becoming a multisite church is about about our mission Leading people to know and serve Jesus. As we continue this mission by going out to the community as one church in many locations, we will raise funds for:

• Prep Current Site- This includes multiple upgrades in our current building including technology, lights, cameras, and other equipment.
• Two Additional Sites In 2 Years- Our hope is to multiply growth and maximize impact in Lee County and East Alabama. The short-term vision for this includes three strategic locations with in the next 2 years: one being our current location, a second being a new location to reach North Auburn, and a third new site to reach Opelika.

Enhance Hamilton Road Site

This project will provide some much-needed expansions and enhancements to our current facility, in order to balance out the ministry needs of this site.

• Expand Children’s Area- Cornerstone Kids have outgrown our current Kidztown and Seaside areas! We will raise funds to provide more space for Cornerstone Kids ministry to continue leading children to know and serve Jesus.
• Enhance Current Site- Enhancements are needed in areas such as parking, the lobby area and production so that our current site can be used effectively.
