The Exponential Project

Our church is on the verge of a movement of reaching new people with the love of Christ in such a way that it will make a dramatic impact in the Kingdom of God. This is why we exist as a body of believers! We are called to be people who say “yes!” when God says “go!”. God is calling our church to do whatever it takes to get the Gospel message of grace and hope out of our four walls and into the community around us. This is our time to be God’s people who hold nothing back to see His mission fulfilled in this world.

Now, in order for us to effectively follow God’s leading and to properly poise ourselves for this future, we need to do several things.

• Eliminate our current debt to provide financial margin so we can respond quickly to God’s leading in the future. We don’t want to have to say “no” to ministry opportunities because we can’t fund them.
• Raise the funds necessary to launch our Multi-Sites and reach new people.
• Do some much-needed enhancements to our current facility in order to balance out the ministry needs of this site.

We are calling the effort to do all three of these things the “Exponential Project”.

The word “exponential” captures the idea of growth happening at an ever-increasing rate. This all begins from a single catalytic event known as the exponent. We have come to a place in the life of our church where we have such a catalytic event before us, the “Exponential Project”. This will be a time for us to come together and make financial commitments to this vision, which will lead to an exponential impact for the Kingdom of God. We will begin this on Sunday, September 11, and will make our commitments as a whole church on Sunday, October 2. Please pray about how you might be a part of this project.
